Satisfaction Guarantee

    Our goal is to make your experience with the NapaStyle Wine Club as interesting and enjoyable as possible. To that end, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee as follows:

  • If you are ever not satisfied with a wine, we will replace it at no charge, no questions asked.

  • If you ever receive a shipment that appears damaged or leaking, discard the bottle and contact us for a replacement.

  • If you ever want to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel your ongoing Wine Club shipments, just contact us and we’ll take care of it right away. If your order is in process, your membership will be cancelled for the next shipment. Please note that we are unable to refund an order that has been processed.

We currently ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WV, WY. All credit card payments will be facilitated by Global Wine Company, Inc., located at 1401 Los Gamos Dr. #220, San Rafael, CA 94903, with the exception of orders shipped to Texas, which will be facilitated by Farpointe Cellar, located at 721 East Southlake Boulevard, Southlake, TX 76092. We do not currently ship to the following states: AK, AL, AR, CT, DE, GA, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MS, MT, NC, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WI.
