This is a wine that begs to be paired with food. The fine astringency and balanced acidity in this mediumbodied wine makes it well suited for a great variety of foods and cuisines. This Merlot blend could use a good grilled steak to match with its balanced fruit, spice flavors and elegant tannin, but I suggest my Spiral Rolled Filet of Beef with Pesto.
